Position: Senior Order Planner /Logistic specialist
Report to: Operation Manager

Location: Shanghai

Objective:
？ Be responsible for the whole order and logistic flow of the OSP Hub including: get PO and sales forecast from internal APAC customers, place PO and forecast to 3rd party OSP vendors, coordinate with I/E agency and forwarders to fulfill the bonded purchase/sales, and complete the order processing in Oracle
？ Be responsible to meet internal customer demand and achieve OTD target
？ Be responsible to keep close and good communication with the vendor, to fulfill OTD target
？ Implement and optimize the standard process with 3rd party warehouse, I/E agency and forwarder, to fulfill the OTD target
？ Optimize the goods purchase planning and warehouse management, to achieve the working capital target
？ Be responsible for timely and correct processing in Oracle, to make sure proper and timely system and value flow.
？ Assist the operation manager on the process improvement

Requirement:
？ Bachelor’s degree of operation management, logistic management
？ Over 5 years’ experience of supply chain/logistic management and import/export flow in MNCs.
？ Familiar with systematic stock & inventory, transportation, and warehouse operational process. Familiar with the regulation of import & export and Custom.
？ Good statistical and analytical skill, familiar with ERP and office system tools, like Microsoft office, excel, etc.
？ Proficient in spoken and written English.
？ Good communication and interpersonal skill
？ A good and efficient team player, pro-active, detail-oriented, logically minded, result driven and highly personal integrality.
