工作职责:

Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Perform the Production Orders, preparation and changeover of machines

Changeover of conventional or CNC turning machines according to schedule or individual need. Setting measuring equipments, changing tools. Preparation of material and tools. Set cutting data and tools according to tables, drawings and tooling lay-out. Good record of production orders, completion date and timely reporting processes. Operations should be in accordance with drawings and process routing, such as found to be inconsistent, and timely report to the foreman.

执行工单, 设备的准备和换装

根据计划/需求换装普通机床或数控机床。设置测量设备，更换工具。

准备物料和工具。根据图表、图纸和平面图设置切割数据和工具。做好工单记录，及时汇报当日完成工序。按照图纸和工艺文件要求作业，如发现不符，及时向工段长报告。

2. Production and check of parts

Placing, tightening and aligning parts. Controlling machine running. Testing dimension and quality of parts. Correcting setting data, restraint. Documentation of rework and scraps as well as report to group leader. According the request by superior, execute rework and repairing.

零件的生产和检查

零件放置、压紧和对齐。监控设备的运行。测试尺寸和质量。修改参数。记录返工和报废，每天向工段长汇报。按上级安排，具体执行返修返工工作

3. Solving machine breakdowns

Problem solving (eg. "replace"ment and adjustment of equipments) as well as initiation of repairs. Forwarding problem de"script"ion to maintenance department. Initiating of process optimization.

设备故障排除

排除故障（例如置换和调整设备）以及委托别人排除故障。将故障情况转告维修部。促进流程改进。

4. 5S & EHS

Observing rules like “5S-site management” and “safety and environment management”

5S和环保安全

遵守现场5S管理条例，执行安全环保管理措施

5. Labor disciplines

Following working instruction, doing job assigned by supervisor and process card (shop traveler).

工作纪律

遵守工作规范，完成上级安排及流程卡规定的任务。

任职资格:

Education 教育程度

High school or technical secondary school degree or above

具有高中或中专以上文化程度

Professional Experience 专业工作经验

- more than 2 years experience

两年以上工作经验

- working experience in medium or large manufacturing company, especially in equipment manufacturing industry

有中大型制造型企业，尤其是在设备制造行业的工作经验

Qualification and skills

- CNC Operation Certificate

- Ability to read and understand drawings, familiar with CNC operation and programming

- Familiar with production components in workshop

- Familiar with all kinds of tooling, measuring and cutting tools

资质和技巧

- 有CNC操作证书

- 可以阅读和理解图纸，熟悉CNC车床操作和编程

- 熟悉本车间产品零件

- 熟悉各种工装、量具、刃具
