岗位职责：
1、研究确定物资采购方式，明确采购物资的分类，合理划分甲指乙供的物资种类；

2、组织收集和跟踪市场各项材料及设备市场信息及询价工作，维护工程材料动态信息库；

3、组织收集工程项目物资采购需求，并编制物资采购计划和采购文件；

4、组织开展甲供材料设备的招投标、询价、比价、认价、合同编制、审核会签及具体采购活动；

5、组织建立供应商考核评价体系，定期对供应商进行综合评价，建立和维护供应商信息系统；

6、制订本部门工作目标、工作计划，建立相应规章制度、工作流程及工作标准，拟定实施细则并贯彻落实；

7、负责部门内人员的配置，指导员工的发展，组织本部门员工的绩效考核，提升员工的能力素质；

8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，建筑、预算、采购、物流等相关专业，具有建筑材料、装饰材料、工程管理、工程造价等相关专业知识；

2、五年以上大型公司物资信息采购工作经验，三年以上部门经理相关工作经验；

3、熟悉国家招投标法、合同法及相关的政策法规，熟悉建筑市场材料设备价格，清楚建筑市场招标程序，能编制设计、工程、咨询等相关招标文件；

4、有大型项目管理能力，较强的文字处理能力，语言表达能力，组织能力、沟通协调能力及创新能力；

5、为人正直，具备良好的职业操守和职业道德。
