Job Description:
- Manage the daily activities operating based on working instruction and relevant process confirmation.
- Working assignment and organization construction & development
- Implement raw material logistic receiving plans & manage to ensure raw material receiving with right quality to meet production requirement.
- Be responsible for business process and logistic management system setup, execution and Improvement.
- Raw material stock management, including stock control&accuracy, stocktaking arrangement, stock analysis and SAP consistency.
- Recruit, coach training, motivate team members and be responsible for career development of them based on competency matrix.
- Good communication, coordination and cooperation with other related Dept.s.
- Equipment maintenance and management.
- Attend daily Point-CIP meeting, handling daily deviation and escalation.
- Drive daily on-site process confirmation for standardized work, also 5S, etc; daily related report preparation.
Qualification:
- University / college Diploma in Logistics or Engineering background or releated Bachelor Degree
- More than 5 years working experience include at least 3 years logistic management experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership
- Computer literate in Excel, Word & Power Point
- Be familiar with SAP system
