Job Title : Financial Manager, Medicom
Reporting Line : WK China CFO
Location : Cheng Du, Si Chuan Province


Key Duties & Accountabilities:

- Primary Responsibilities
1. Be directly responsible for supervising commercial, accounting and financial routine in local
operation to ensure consistency, efficiency and proper control.
2. Monitor the subordinates and daily work, improve the working procedures, adjust the
members' accountabilities and responsibilities, provide the subordinates with professional
training and guide.
3. Develop and implement local accounting regulations and procedures, which are in line with the
group company's policies and standard procedures and are also in accordance with the
statutory requirements of China.
4. Prepare, review, and communicate yearly budget, monthly accounting results and financial
reports, performs periodical analysis of statutory reports and management reports.
5. Be directly responsible for keep a healthy cash flow in local operation. Monitor all issues
concerning AR (inc. invoicing, credit control), AP (inc. payment) and G/L.
6. Regularly review and improve internal control and the compliance of procedures. Identify
problem areas and recommend alternative courses of action to the CFO and local management.
Participate with senior management in developing alternative courses of action where required.
7. Coordinate with IT department, Operation department and others to put forward constructive
and applicable suggestions or advices to upgrade the operations systems and reduce the risks.
8. Work with internal and external auditors to ensure proper audit coverage, evaluate audit
findings and implement corrective actions if necessary.
9. Work with local team to coordinate with the tax bureau to smoothly deal with all tax issues required and identify
opportunities to minimize tax liability.
10. Monitor all commercial and accounting documents filing in accordance with the company's policies and the statutory requirements of China as well.


- Key Competencies / KPI explanation
Requirements
- Minimum
? A bachelor/master degree in accounting and/or finance.
? At least 5 years in finance and accounting or auditing area, with at 1-2 years in management
and financial analysis.
? At least CET-6, a good command of oral and written English.
? Make full use of Microsoft Office software.
? With leadership capability and strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Good ability to communicate effectively with the management team.
? Be intelligent, active, and creative, with an open mind to listen to others' ideas and care to develop subordinates.

- Preferred / Desired
? ACCA / AIA / CIA / CICPA or equivalent certificate is preferred.
? Familiar with ERP System (Oracle, Kingdee, etc)
? Familiar with IFRS, CN GAAP. CPA or to take CPA exam.
? CET-6, excellent English speaking and writing capability
? Strong coordination and communication skills with government official and internal & External depts.
? BIG 4 Accounting firm experience is preferable.
