Job Responsibilities:

Works as coordinator between project teams and facility teams.
Help team member with leave applications and reimbursement.
Help team member about VISA and Passport issues.
With helping from functional team to help expat about working permission related issues.
Help about customer reception and arrange related transportations and accommodations.
Project team related statistic data reporting.
Important project meeting/activity arrangement.
Help on Company rental car arrangement and management
ID badge ordering and printing
Support project team members to deal with other problem such as: equipment, material and so on.
Help to organize activities.
Day to day general administration management such as daily supplies purchasing, stationary purchasing
Other work assigned by Management
Help on Visitor's invitation letter issue, hotel arrangement and other related issues

Job Main Requirements:
? Ability to learn and cope with the whole team
