岗位职责:
1.依据市场部提供的信息执行年度市场计划.
2.与市场部共同实施新品发布、路演等促销活动。
3.每月店面橱窗设计及布置，店内的陈列与装饰及节日店内布置．
4.发展和维护VIP客户．
5.收集竞争对手的各种信息如产品、价格、促销、新品牌，销售渠道等。
6.确定店面的陈列全部符合标准及要求。
7.店内员工行为规范规定、行为管理、在职培训。
8.制定员工激励机制，包括佣金体系的制定（与行政部合作）。
9.招聘及解雇员工（与行政部合作）。
10.协助品牌公司来访人员的接待工作。
11.完成公司下达的月、年销售计划。每月销售业绩及预算分析与汇报。
12.产品价格调整及管理.
13.分析报告市场影响因素.
14.订货预估以及定单制定,货品的管理.
15.与商场合作进行促销,最大程度促进销售.　


岗位要求:
1.专科以上学历,年龄28岁以上,能适应经常出差
2.五年以上化妆品或快速消费品行业销售管理工作经验,具备良好的销售技巧及管理经验。
3.具备一定的英文基础,熟练地掌握办公软件.
