2 General Description

? Assistant C&B Supervisor to support monthly payroll operations according to defined procedure, ensure the accuracy and timing.

3 Specific Accountabilities

? Timely update the payroll related information into HRP system, including
? OT record
? Leave data
? New hire & Exit employee information check
? As the contact window to HR service vendor (FESCO), responsible for relevant information communication within assigned timeline
? Prepare the relevant HR monthly report according to defined format, ensure the accuracy and timeline.
? Check the on board/exit process and documents from HR BP or staffing, and archive into the personal file timely
? Provide the enquiry on leave and salary related from employees and department manager.
? Responsible for conducting the payroll of contract staff, ensure the payroll delivery is on time. (Optional)
? Monthly prepare the labor contract renew list to HR BP or staffing, follow the contract renew process. Ensure the contract is renewed on time.

? Possesses maturity and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
? Very dynamic and be able to work effectively with different business team.

5 Experience and Qualifications

? College degree
? Over 1 year's human resources compensation and benefits experience in MNC.
