岗位职责：

1.待发运产品的商检和报关安排，缮制相关单证。
2.日常运费的询价和报价，产品包装体积的正确预估。
3.协调工厂出货的各个对接方，及时反馈发运信息给销售人员，以便销售人员更好的完成客户维护。
4.跟踪报关单的退单情况，及时提交给采购部和财务部。
5.登记发货记录表。
6.完成相关费用的对账和报销工作。

岗位要求：

1、英语水平要求不高。能看懂PI制作单证即可。
2、办公软件需要熟练掌握，能自如使用ecxel，word以及foxmail等基础办公软件。最好能简单操作photoshop等其他软件。

3、需要有本岗位实际操作经验至少一年以上。
