Responsibilities:

·         Provide the overall leadership and ensures successful delivery for Syngenta‘s trialing network and function in China.

·         Develop and implement China field crop trailing strategy in market places for product assessment and advancement to align with business goals

·         Leverage global resources and capabilities to enable a robust tetsing network and quality output in China

·         Line management of China trialing function

·         Drive partnering strategy with research institutions and seed companies to develop a complementary external trialing network.

·         Ensures conformity to Syngenta processes and compliance

Requirement:

·         Solid Knowledge of Biology, genetics, statistics, crop breeding, agronomy

·         Lead Change & Improvement and Excellent Skills of Leadership, Coaching, mentoring and people management

·         Excellent Marketing knowledge of crops especially open field crops

·         Experienced in implementing crop assessment trials

·         Experienced in organizing field tour and product advancement

·         Experienced in Budget management

·         Excellent in People networking and stakeholder management

·         Fluent in English

Additional Information:

·         Occasional early morning or late evening teleconference is required

2）部门负责人年龄在40周岁以下，具有5年以上同业同岗工作经验；其他
岗位人员年龄35周岁以下，具有2年以上同业同岗工作经验，特别优秀者
年龄和工作经历可适当放宽。
3）具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强。
4）身体健康。
