职位描述

As a SW Engineer for the Storage and server Engineering group in USI, you will be responsible for software development on storage products. This position includes responsibility for the storage products software development and creating an environment of continuous improvement.

Successful candidates will have the following:

· Understanding of state of the Storage and server products development and test processes

· Understanding of embedded software and application/management software development.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proven ability to release the software as the plan

Education:

Minimum a BSEE, BSCE, BSSE or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required Experience

· At least 5-year plus experience in embedded software or application software development.

· Experience bringing one or more products to market.

· In depth knowledge of interfaces including PCI Express, NVMe, SATA, SAS

· Experience with Storage and server products software development.

· Sufficient reading and writing skills in communicating with English-speaking natives

Preferred Experience

· Experience on Storage and server products SW and FW development, especially the good understanding on NVMe array firmware and software, including BMC firmware, storage server management software, NVMe SSD software, etc.

· Experience with platform codebases supporting multiple products simultaneously

· Strong coding experience with C/C++/Python/JAVA/XML.

· Experience defining detailed software requirements
