JOB SUMMARY:

Cooperate closely with front-line sales to handle customer issue/complaint for quality maintenance and enhancing customers’ satisfactory.
同一线业务同事紧密合作，处理客诉，维护产品质量，提高客户满意度。
Conduct ELISA/PCR and xChek/xChekPlus training to increase customer’s operation skills.
开展ELISA/PCR操作及软件使用培训，提高客户的操作水平。

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on ELISA trouble shooting especially on the kit investigation and validation via TS resources.
专注ELISA客诉的处理，利用TS各种资源进行试剂盒的调查与验证。
Answer and solve technical questions timely from customers either by on-call or by on-site trouble shooting.
无论是电话交流还是现场调查，及时回答或解决客户问题。
Conduct ELISA/PCR standard operation training and xChek/xChekPlus demo.
开展ELISA/PCR标准化操作培训及软件演示。
Assist customer to build up the standard flow for ELISA/PCR testing.
协助客户建立ELISA/PCR检测标准化流程。
Support requirement and on-site lab training from front-line sales forces.
为一线的业务同事提供支持。
Perform duties independently as assigned by supervisor.
能够独立完成主管安排的任务。
职位要求：
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
Master degree or above majored in Animal Medicine, biotechnology or other relative area.
动物医学，生物技术或相关硕士及以上学历。

EXPERIENCE:
With good operation experience in ELISA serological tests.
具备丰富的ELISA实操经验。
With PCR proficiency will be plus.
掌握PCR尤其是荧光定量PCR相关实验技术将优先考虑。
With rich experience in training
具有丰富的培训讲课经验。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Attention to detail. 细心，关注细节。
Strong team work spirit. 强烈的团队合作意识。
Honest, positive and outgoing personality. 为人诚实，性格外向，积极阳光。
Good communication (internally/externally) ability to establish good working relations with customers.

Good English skills in reading and writing, listening and speaking skills will be plus.
良好的英语阅读及写作能力，听说能力优秀者将优先考虑。
Good proficiency to use office software is required. 熟练使用办公软件。

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Healthy and Frequent business trip within China.
身体健康，需要在国内频繁出差。
For some urgent issues, prompt response with overtime working or traveling is in need.
遇到紧急问题要及时反馈时，需要加班工作或者临时出差。
