• 完成每天分配的配料任务

To complete the daily picking mission distribute by EPU

• 配料时在存储卡片上登记项目名称、箱号及数量

Register the correct part number, project number, case and quantity in "Storage Card"

• 配料单标识实际配料数量和缺件

Picking list should register the actual picking quantity and missing parts

• 配料结束将手写配料单交给K3操作员审核

Transfer picking list with hand writing to K3 operator after picking

• 按照物料码放原则摆放货架材料、及生产料车

According to the storage principal to store the material on the shelf and picking trolley

• 物流周转箱放置缺件单、已审核配料单、KANBAN卡

To put the missing parts list, packing list printed by K3 operator, KANKAN card

• 按照生产实际需求装料车及其他材料至周转卡车

To load the picking done trolley and other materials onto the shuttle truck according to the plan

• 优先处理紧急缺件的配料及更新料车缺件表

Handle the missing parts first and update the missing parts list on the trolley

• 配料结束在缺件看板上更新缺件

Update the missing parts on the "Missing parts KANBAN board" after picking

• 每日周期盘点

Participate in daily cycle counting

• 每日清洁分配的5S清洁区域

Participate in daily 5S cleaning of distributive area

• 上级交代的临时工作

Responsibilities职责

• 负责完成领导安排的日常配料任务

To complete daily picking mission distribute by EPU

• 负责存储卡信息的准确性

In charge of the information correctness of storage card

• 负责物料周转车/箱单据的完整、准确

In charge of the documents of picking trolley/box integrality and veracity

Requirements要求

• 高中学历以上 A high  school degree or above
• 至少2年以上仓库管理经验  At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse
• 3吨以上铲车证，并从事铲车作业2年以上 More than 3 tons forklift certificate, and engaged in Forklift operation more than 2 years
