Job Scope
Responsible to plan and organize all inventory and asset movements, both physical and in ERP system to ensure A&I count accuracy as well reporting accuracy
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Asset & Inventory movements, processes, compliances and controls are adhered to and achieve inventory integrity and accuracy in ERP.
2. Ensure operational efficiency of inventory processes, transactions and reporting.
3. Ensure physical stock counts and audits in warehouses and customer locations are implemented for stock accuracies, and ensure pro-active resolution of variances.
4. Review and address issues relating to product shelf life / life cycle of inventory.
5. Identify/establish product line ownership (for new or generic parts) and classification .
6. Produce Asset and Inventory reports from system to provide to management and Business Units to enable good decision making.
7. Provide direction and guidance to the various BU's on how to manage their inventory (turns, availability, centralization, etc.)
8. Focal point for other districts and regions to engage in the moving of inventory and assets as required.
9. Organize Central Warehouse daily work to ensure all concerned consumable and inventory items are utilized under BU approval and timely issue from system.
10. Liaise with BU to ensure open, effective and timely communication and planning to meet BU daily work requirement.
11. Other duties as A&I coordinator directed
Qualification:
College or university degree;
2+ years relevant working experience preferable
Good communication skills;
Basic English spoken & written.
General computer knowledge.
Basic ASAS, SAP, ERP knowledge, general knowledge of stores & inventory system.
General equipment knowledge.
Previous experience in oil and gas industry will be preferable
