Major responsibilities:

To provide high-level service for customer on insurance new business, policy admin and inquiry.

-Be familiar with insurance product, key in and issue policy in system.

-Policy endorsement in system according with customer’s requirements.

-Response enquiry from agent/sales/customer rapidly.

-Timely feedback system problems, and submit requirement to IT.

-Coordinate with BD departments to support HK business.

-Complete other works assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor of financial, insurance and associated major preferred.

-One year of working experience prior in insurance operation.

-Excellent team work, communication, and time management skills.

-Fluently Cantonese, Mandarin.

-Excellent skills with computer.

-熟悉公司产品，对投保的新单进行系统录入及出单操作；

-满足客户提出的保单变更需求；

-完成客户的撤单需求及安排相关退费；

-积极、快速的答复客户关于保险产品的问题咨询；

-对系统中出现的问题及时反馈，并提出可行性的解决方案或系统需求；

-配合销售部门完成相关支持工作；

-执行/完成上级主管交办的其它工作。

基本要求:

-本科学历，金融、保险、工商管理等专业优先考虑；

-有一年以上的保险公司运营工作经验者优先考虑；

-良好的团队合作、人际沟通及时间管理能力；

-流利的粤语，普通话；

-熟练使用电脑。
