职位描述
主要职责:
-首要接听韩国安联人寿的所有客户呼入及呼出电话，提供救援协调服务；同时协助欧美部处理救援服务。
-根据需要，协助或为客户提供必要的服务
-确保往来文件，任务执行和通信联系、日程计划正确及时地输入到NACS、Unity系统之中。以使运营组长和经理能够及时准确地了解案件发展和处理的进程。
-在团队合作下工作，确保案件的正确处理。
-确保工作的方向和结果有利于部门及个人的年度目标实现。
-执行操作部经理和/或欧美部组长分配的其他相关工作
指导原则：
工作时间
呼叫中心需要每天24小时，每周七天为客户提供服务，所以所有员工都要根据部门轮班制度在倒班 （早班，中班，夜班）的基础上开展工作
保密原则
AC会接触到公司和客户的敏感信息；所以在与外部实体沟通时，必须谨慎行事
基本要求:
-大学本科及以上学历
-优秀的韩语口语及书面语应用。韩语作为母语或外语，能够顺利与韩国客户及保险公司进行沟通以确保能达到其救援服务要求。
-了解和理解韩国文化及客户对服务的要求标准。
-良好的英文和中文普通话的运用能力（包括口语和书写），并能使用英文及普通话进行自如地内部交流和与服务商及客户的外部沟通交流，且确保沟通不产生歧义。
-良好的书面与口头的沟通能力
-良好的电话客户服务技巧
-有2-3年的救援、保险、旅游或医疗服务行业的客户服务工作经验
-良好的微机操作技能（WORD，EXCEL，INTERNET），和快速的打字能力。
-具有其他语言或方言会话能力者优先。
-有医疗、保险或旅游行业背景者优先。
