职位描述

Major responsibilities

Complaint handling & communication:
-To take the ownership to follow complaint handling process very strictly, make sure every complaint case be response within 1 hour(client/customer/other area), to give investigation result timely.
-To keep good communication with complaint customer and suggest on the corrective action plan on the frequent or serious problems in complaint area. Can proactively find solution to solve the complaint case.
-Keep complaint record very logically and clearly.
-Better organize complaint investigation result to client and other departments with more easy understanding and specifically key point.
-Make sure all complaint related files/picture/email/VCRF etc well saved from case chasing point of view.
-Report complaint trend and necessary analysis to SPV timely.
-Escalate serious complaint/risky case when handling complaint, offer solution or best practice to work out the final decision.
-Full communication with other department when involving complaint case.
-Involve in the new comers' training, share experiences of how to deal with difficult customers/complaint customers with clearly record.
-Will generate relevant report for the operation team's awareness and keep good communication for the feedback.

Damage case following:
-Keep a close eye on damage case handling, following proactively; provide the solution and action to solve the complaints. Make sure all damage cases closed timely.
-Closely working with Technical Advisor to solve the damage case, proactively to involve in damage to avoid further escalation.

Other tasks that will be defined by Quality Analysis Supervisor and Quality & Training Manager.

Qualifications:
-More than two year background in Operation area, complaint handling or quality control area. Team Leader experience will be a plus.
-English capability in written and listening is mandatory.
-Critical about problems and existing processes, open-minded, solution oriented.
-Well organized, pro-active, dynamic.
-Keenness and willingness to learn.
-Good communication skills.
-Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
-Efficient in daily work.
-Ability to express himself / herself in a clear and concise way, whether by written or verbally.

Other conditions:
-Standard working hours, from Monday to Friday, 09h00 - 18h00, one hour lunch interval.
