Major responsibilities:

-Verify the insurance policy, arrange the doctor appointment according to customers’ request

-审核保险条款，按照被保的要求，安排预约就诊

-Introduce insurance policy and provide medical assistance service to customers

-介绍保险条款内容，提供医疗援助服务

-Arrange medical expense direct billing (guaranteed payment) to hospital

-联系医疗，安排医疗费用挂账服务

-Provide administration support on patient’s hospitalization and discharge

-被保住院/出院的时候，协助办理入院和出院手续

-Send report to the insurance company regarding patients’ medical progression

-写报告给保险公司，汇报关于病人的进展情况

-Introduce customers how to reimburse the medical cost, transportation fees, or other cost which are under the insurance policy.

-介绍被保如何报销医疗费用，交通费，其他保险相关的费用

-Prepare the list of our network hospitals upon request

-根据被保的要求，准备我们合作医院的名单

-Provide assistance to patient’s family flying from/to Japan

-为被保的家属提供相关服务

-Create invoice for each insurance companies, check them, and prepare to mail them

-制作Invoice，确认，准备，寄送

-Input data required for the above mentioned job

-录入以上的工作相关的信息

Qualifications:

-Japanese national

-日本国籍

-4 year university degree or 3 years medical school degree

-大学毕业学位（学士），或者医疗护理专业（学士）

-Z visa, working visa holder

-已有用工作签证（Z）

-More than 2 years of working experience (we need a referral from his/her current company)

-2年以上的工作经验（我们要现在的公司发的在职证明书）

-Good communications skills, good team work

-优良的沟通能力，团队性

-Call center or customer service background is a plus

-电话中心或客户服务背景优先

-Healthcare, Medical or Insurance related industry background is a plus

-健康，医药，或保险相关业务背景优先

-Basic computer skill in Word, Excel, Email, etc.

-Basic level of speaking Chinese is a plus

Others:

-Can accept flexible working hours, basically normal working hours, if team needs, can join shift.
