Summary of job content:
指导并监管所有SFE工厂机加工的技术活动。

Key Accountabilities
1.与机加工生产一起完成生产订单评审
2.根据需要进行新产品加工可行性研究或老产品的优化加工工艺研究
3.从事CAM软件编程满足生产加工需要，
4.从技术角度指导CAM编程员按质按量按时完成编程任务
5.从技术角度指导工装刀具的设计与选择

Requirements:
Experience:
大专以上学历，机械专业背景；

At least 2-year-experience in CNC programming with UG and the CAD(3D and 2D).
至少2年CNC编程经验和3D制图经验

-Can make the program by UG for CNC lathe(2 Axis) or milling machine(3 Axis, 5 Axis would be nice) in a right and effective way.
能用UG正确有效率的编车床和铣床程序。（3轴，5轴优先）
-Can solve the production problem which is caused by program.
能解决生产中由于程序导致的问题
-Can read, write, and communicate both in English and Chinese
能用中英文读、写和沟通。
-Strong skills and experience to use CAM software to make the program for Siemens(802D and 840D) and Mazak control system.
有丰富的用软件编写802D、840D和Mazak控制系统的程序
-Good experience with machining process with CNC Vertical milling, CNC Horizontal milling, CNC Vertical lathe , and CNC Horizontal lathe in single production.
对单件小批量规模的数控立铣、卧铣、立车和卧车机加工工艺有丰富的经验。
-Can make the drawing with AUTOCAD and Solid Edge.
能使用AUTOCAD和SolidEdge制图
-Good in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-outlook.
能熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-outlook.

-Need work under pressure
