工作职责：
? Manage and oversee all the branding, media, advertising and marketing activities for the brand
管理和监督所有的品牌，媒体，广告和品牌营销活动
? Lead a marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotion programs
带领营销团队，制定和实施营销策略及推广计划
? Analyze and evaluate performance on all promotional campaign, and marketing activities
分析和评价所有的宣传活动上和市场营销活动的表现
? Work closely with media agency to plan, manage and execute brand communications, advertising and media plans to enhance brand image
与媒体机构的规划，管理和执行品牌传播，广告和媒体计划密切合作，以提升品牌形象
? Initiate tactical marketing activities to support specific themes
发起战术性的营销活动，以支持特定主题
? Responsible for budget control, forecast and report for marketing activities
负责预算控制，预测和营销活动的报告


Job Requirements职务要求:
? Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing, Communications or relevant subjects
本科毕业生- 工商管理/市场营销，通信或相关科目的学历
? Min. 6 yrs of relevant experience in marketing with min. 3 yrs managerial experience in International corporation
最少6年的国际大企业营销相关经验及3年的管理经验
? Experience in retail industry is a definite advantage
具有相关零售行业的经验
? Strong communication skills, detailed-oriented, creative and multi-tasks
沟通能力强，细心, 有创意及能处理多任务事项
? Able to work independently under high-pressure environment
能在高压环境下独立工作
? Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
能操流利及书写英语和汉语
? Proficient User in Microsoft Office
熟练计算机操作
? Familiar with retail industry operations and marketing channels are necessary

? Stationed in China is required
