As a Motion & Soft starter Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the Motion (MO) Business and Drives (BL) Business Line, based on Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Motion (MO) Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

？ Answering technical support hotline to solve customer problems for Motion & Softstarter
？ Online technical support to answer customer questions.
？ Providing remote technical support, troubleshooting and data analysis to fix customer site problems.
？ Supportline and Digital center shift on duty to achieve 7*24 hours service

？ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation or other related.
？ More than 2 years of experience in technical support, field commissioning and other related work in motion area.
？ Good skill of English in reading, writing and communication.
？ Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
