职位描述
1、 女,160CM以上,形象好,有气质,有魄力,配合总经理处理外部公共关系,参与公司大型公关活动的策划、安排、组织工作;
2、协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行协调、配合做好内部各部门之间安排;
3、协助总经理安排各项会议的日程与议程,撰写和跟进落实会议、主题会议等公司会议纪要;
4、协助经理跟进各个商场后期招商事宜;
任职要求:
1、有良好的中英文读写沟通能力,
2、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力,具有很强的判断与决策能力,计划和执行能力;
3、具有良好的文字组织能力,沟通能力和团队精神,对工作有热情;
4、性格和蔼,亲和力强,有良好的抗压力能力;

Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Organize monthly management meeting (find meeting location, negotiate price, business trip logistics, etc)
- Complete management meeting minutes within one week after meeting
- Work closely and coordinate with other Managers and Departments
- Assist Managing Director in daily management, and organizing his social schedule.
- Assist HR Manager with other issues related to that department
REQUIREMENTS
- Chinese with Fluent English, TEM-8 is preferred;
- University graduate: Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Passionate & likes to work in an young, exciting, fast-growing company;
- Comfortable to work in an international environment, and able to deal with people from different backgrounds.
- Prepared to work overtime when necessary to fit in with the Managing Director's schedule.
- Honest and trustworthy, with a strong sense of loyalty and responsible.
- Social, fun-loving, and confident. Must have a good sense of humor!
