Major Job Functions:

1.To align with Corporate and APAC KOD for education programs, firstly to Design Professional Education Materials for Chinese doctors to help them understand and accept advanced Hemodynamic monitoring concept.

2.Train Education team and sales trainers to be the expert on education materials to doctors.

3.To support education team and sales trainers to train internal team to be competent to deliver education materials to doctors, which is very important to make sure the China market has one same voice for physician education.

4.Communication with KOLs and speakers, to help them align with advanced Hemodynamic monitoring concept, and influence and deliver the concept to more doctors to warm up China market.

5.Design and implement Professional Education programs in China, to build several Edwards Branding Education Programs, to help to educate doctors.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

1.Doctor is a must, ICU doctors is preferred, or Cardiologist, or anesthesiologist, at least 3 years doctor experience.

2.Strong clinical experience and medical knowledge on Hemodynamic monitoring and different procedures experience and clinical knowledge.

3.Strong experience on clinical paper analysis.

4.Strong interest for training and education.

5.Excellent English ability, especially medical English and excellent ability to read clinical papers.

6.Good presentation skill.

7.Good communication ability.
