Job Purpose Statement

IT Specialist – Application, will administer, develop, deliver and support corporate information technology (IT) systems and services

Key Accountabilities

may include but is not limited to: 

1.      To be in charge of the Finance system, HR, CRM and other Corporate Business System

2.      To participate in the planning, searching and delivery of local solutions; work with end-users (Finance, Marketing, HR…) to establish sufficient levels of detailed requirements which must be satisfied by the proposed system

3.      To coordinate outside vendors including those handling IT orders. To assist in negotiating the rates and placing orders with vendors

4.      To understand ERP requirements, provide solutions to accelerate corporate communication and work flows

5.      To assist in resource planning, budgeting and management; business process analysis, design, planning, implementation; user testing coordination and acceptance, education and training, and all supporting documentation; establishing and maintaining metrics appropriate to the performance of the project(s) under their management.

6.      To provide supporting for the call center, work with operation team to guarantee the system interface

7.      To provide supporting to purchase, such as getting prices, vendor commendation

8.      Identifying problems and risks of existing running systems and proposing improvements is also a part of the job

9.      Contibutes to develop Business enhancement software and report

Qualifications & Experience

1.      Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant fields

2.      At least 3 years relevant working experience

3.      Good written and oral English

4.      Familiar with Kindee EAS or other ERP system

5.      Good knowledge of finance work flow and system

6.      Familiar with CRM, OA

7.      Knowledge and experience of web-based or mobile-based applications or database would be an advantage

8.      Knowledge of Windows, Linux server configuration and administration preferred

9.      IT business analysis and business system projects experience preferred

10.   Full IT project cycle management experience will be an added advantage.

11.   Familiar with Oracle, MS SQL server database administration and development

12.   Familiar with MS visual studio

13.   Good service attitude

14.   Self-motivated, adaptable, can work under pressure

15.   Familiar with HIS system preferred
