Responsibilities

· Assist General Manager in preparing and executing project plans.

· Tour round shops to drive and to monitor project plan / program execution in frontline operation.

· Design end-to-end workflow and develop process documents.

· Analyze operational data and explore continuous improvement opportunities.

· Communicate procedural changes to major stakeholders.

· Create useful tools to facilitate effective implementation and execution of project plan / program.

· Provide full range of secretarial, administrative, personal, project management and business support.

· Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements

·University graduate in business administration or any related discipline.

·At least 5years working experience in retail operation, preferably in beauty / skincare / luxury industry.

· Hands-on experience in sales administration and daily operations, preferably in Beauty / Luxury / Retail industry.

· Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is a must.
