Job Description:
? Introduce new supplier, new location and new technology within Category Motor system and Component
? Implementation of a non-failure strategy
? Responsibility to drive QBIC and Supplier Improvement Programs within the Category Motor system and Component
? Preparation and performing management meeting with suppliers
? Performing supplier visits, meetings and VDA6.3 audits (incl. introduction of new suppliers, locations and technologies)
? Support for escalation topics (e.g. Red Alerts)
? Evaluation and ranking of the suppliers in terms of performances within Category Motor system and Component
? Negotiation of quality contracts
Desired Qualifications:
? Extensive know-how on motor system and motor component (e.g. incl. customized motor, standard motor, commutator, magnet, magnet wire)
? Auditor training, VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS knowledge
? Quality skills (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa)
? Analytical approach, self assured, ability to work under pressure, ability to convince others, result orientation, decision making ability, willingness to take responsibility, team spirit, negotiation skills, high willingness to travel worldwide
