工作职责:

? 1) Maintain the biz with existing customers and proactive develop biz with new customers.

? 2) Achieve annual IB OI, Sales and Money collection target.

? 3) Promote IB product to market

? 4) Professional coordinates and communicates the cross-dept. issues.

? 5) Achieve personal OI, Sales and Money collection target.

? 6) Offer price, negotiation and clarify order before sign contract;

? 7) Market feedback monthly about clients, end users, competitors, etc

? 8) Visting report/ monthly report for sales and market activities, etc

? 9) Feedback the customer, project and marketing information to manager in time.

? 10) Other tasks assigned by managers

? 1) 维护现有IB客户并积极开发新IB客户

? 2) 达成IB合同承接、销售额及应收款指标

? 3) 推动IB产品发展

? 4) 积极沟通解决跨部门事宜

? 5) 达成合同承接、销售额及应收款个人指标

? 6) 在合同签订前提供报价、谈判和澄清；

? 7) 每月提交关于客户、最终业主和竞争对手等市场信息；

? 8) 提供关于销售和市场活动等的拜访报告和月报；

? 9) 及时向直属经理提交客户、项目和市场信息。

? 10) 上级领导安排的其他任务；

任职资格:

Professional Experience

1. Formal education over college(3 years)(mechanical engineering),Universal industry of machine building

大专以上学历（机械类或机电一体化, 通用机械制造业

2. Title of mechanical technician in the pump industry or mechanical engineer

水泵行业技师或机械工程师职称

3. Working experience for over three years in the sales experience

3年以上销售工作经验

4.Team spirit, initiative, warmth, customer-oriented working style. Contain great communication ability. Be competent at business trip

团队协作、主动、热情、客户导向型工作方式、沟通能力强、胜任出差

Personality

1) Good sales skills and excellent abilities in communication.

2) Be practiced of computer operation, use of CRM
