Job Description

1. 引领：战略性物流网络地图优化
Strategic network optimization within supply chain;

2. 运用：大数据分析技能寻找最佳经济运输方案
？？？ Big data analysis ability to figure out potential saving measures;

3. 呈现：智慧化报表和合理的逻辑地图
？？？ Design and create Power BI dashboards and reports that tell the stories in a visually compelling and accurate manner;

4. 提升：运营效率通过实现工作流程的自动化
？？？ Improve internal productivity and process via automation solutions;

Qualifications

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，供应链管理，数学或IT侧重于大数据分析及建模相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or IT, with an emphasis on big data and supply chain modelling

2. 英文：良好的英文书写及口语能力;
Good English in both spoken and written.

3. 专业能力：
优秀的数据分析能力
自动化应用方面的专业技能，比如Power BI, Python, SQL 等软件
物联网方面知识
有Industry 4.0专业知识及经验最佳
Good data analytic skills
Expertise in automation？ technology applications, for example, Power BI, Python, SQL and etc.
IoT platform knowledge
Industry 4.0 know how / experience is a plus

4. 个人能力：
积极主动发展创新性解决方案，高效团队合作能力。
目标和结果导向工作方式，快速理解能力和强执行力。
良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题。
