As a Remote Service Support Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Drives (BU) Business unit based on Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

? Responsible for the operation of digital center, regular patrol inspection, real-time contact with customers remote analysis to solve on-site problems.
? Responsible for VIP Customer Line and Telephone Support for VIP Customers.
? Use and maintain digital support platform to promote the development of digital business.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Automation or other related qualification.
? 3+ years of Experience in MV Drives technical support or field service.
? Fluent in verbal and written English.
? Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
