Purpose of the Job
? Drive APSYS (Alstom Production SYStem) deployment within a site, especially support department heads for production, supply chain, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering and business excellence.

Key Network & Links
? Within his site: production, supply chain, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering and business excellence department heads.
? At shop floor line/workshop managers, EPU (‘Elementary Production Unit’) managers and operators.
? Other site APSYS Leaders and APSYS Deployment managers

Objectives
? APSYS score and progress done at each audit
? Site main KPIs (absenteeism, safety, QCD, etc.)
? Contribution to APSYS community (benchmark, audit, training)

Performance Measurement
? APSYS score
? Best practice
? 5S score and Level

Responsibilities
? Contribute to site target definition using site QCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
? Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on APSYS tools.
? Ensure action plan set-up and follow-up for the site.
? Train people about APSYS in his site.
? Report monthly deployment status to Site MD and APSYS Central team.
? Responsible of site self-assessment and prepare APSYS audit on his site.
? Benchmark and toolbox evolution:
? Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks.
? Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community.
? Prepare and participate to events of the APSYS community.


Requirements
? Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
? Minimum 3 years work experience in industry
? Strong skills in lean manufacturing, Green Belt is a plus
? Good communication, accountable, coordination, self-motivated and a good team spirit
? Fluent English written and spoken communication.
? Good command in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes

Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Will be responsible for supply chain function including: Sourcing, procurement and logistics for PAC Beijing;

· Executive the global sourcing & procurement activities. Undertake major contract negotiations and execute procurement activities to match the company's requirements.

· Develop and qualify new suppliers and implement the localization of overseas components to ensure the quality & performance.

· Manage the key suppliers and related contracts and maintain strong commercial relationships with all qualified suppliers.

· Assist Headquarters to qualify new suppliers and procure commodities in China.

· Work closely with Project, and Engineering of Beijing team under PAC France and Shenzhen guidance.

· Assist to offer logistics service including and the import/export, receiving, warehousing returning and shipping for Beijing project

· Supply chain risk management of PAC Beijing in term of Quality, Financial or Ethical.

· Job allocation:Sourcing 30%,procurement 50%,logistics 20%

Requirements
· Degree qualified in a relevant business & excellent knowledge in Electrical power/Automatic & Control/Electronic communication discipline.

· Good knowledge of electric power and automation & control

· 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement & logistics.

· Strong business and commercial acumen

· High level negotiation and communication skills

· Positive and active team work player

· Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

· Good understanding of Project management.
