工作内容：
向出入院的患者提供协助，熟悉流程；负责诊所接待处的行政管理工作，包括查询、电话、接待、访客处理及其他协助。
根据医院的政策和程序，承担管理医疗记录的责任。
以出纳的职责确保准确记录病人的费用，产生的保险索赔。
核实保险利益，取得保险公司付款担保。
