Key Responsibilities
TA
?Be responsible for seeking High-level talents.
?Manage recruitment process, identify effective recruitment channels.
?Assist in recruitment planning.
?Take charge of implementation of relevant activities to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment target.
?Develop effective interview methods based on deep knowledge of vacancies and communication with the relevant managers, to ensure the recruitment quality.
?Account for the recruitment data statistics and analysis, as well as the collection of market information to provide specialized reports for the supporting of decision making of management team.
?Consult for recruitment related decisions.

C&B
?Draft and conduct the incentive program.

Performance Management
?Plan and implement talent review process.
?Terminate ER related issues.
?Support on implementation of performance management processes.

Talent Development
?Manage the processes of training plan, implementation and regular reporting.
?Collect and screen training resources.
?Analyze, identify the specific development needs of target group in line with business strategy, and provide professional advices to line managers and employees to set up the individual development/improvement plan.

Skills And Experience
?Naturally collaborative and motivated by working a team agenda, with the motivation and ability to work independently.
?High attention to detail and high standards for precision in deliverables and execution. 
?Technical / systems knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
?10 years of working experience, at least 8years human resources working experience. 
?Head-hunter/Finance service industry experience is preferred.
?Bachelor’s degree
