Position: Sales Assistant
Department: Sales Dept.
Purpose of position: Internal Sales must comply with company principles, management rules, operations procedure/ regulations for all his/ her job related activities / behavior. Internal Sales deal with customer or sales call/email/fax for enquiry or quotation; follow up sales contract confirmation and customer acceptance; coordinate office purchasing and delivery; collect, make statistic and analysis for territory/industry sales achievement.
Working location: Guangzhou/Beijing/Shanghai/Qingdao/Etc.

Responisibities:

1.Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Internal Sales operations.
2.Make quotation form or sales contract according to company process and policy, and get customer confirmation and signature.
3.Support sales to fill special price, exception or credit request form, and get proper approval.
Follow up customer order fulfillment status, keep sales and customer updated.
4.Assist manager to complete monthly/quarterly report.
5.Be responsible for statistic, collection, analysis of salesman/customer sales turnover.
6.Assist manager to manage CRM quality and train up new staff for CRM
7.Assist manager to prepare and manage daily meeting and customer seminar.
8.Assist HR & admin department for daily administration including but not limited to vendor contract renew, regional office daily administration and HR issue.

Job requirement:

1.College or above education background with major in Computer, Marketing, English, etc.
2.2 years experiences of customer service/sales admin/sales assisting
3.CET 4 or above, Good command in Excel, Word, Windows and Power Point.
4.Customer service skill. Coordination skill. Data Analysis skill.
5.Customer Oriented, Respect and Trust, Adaptability, Team work, Initiative and Engagement, Analytical and Judgment,Communication Skill.
