Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for payment and booking of petty cash and Branch's daily general expenses including fixed assets and ensure that all supporting documents are maintained in line with the Bank's policies and procedures

- To be responsible for preparing CBRC/ PBOC/ SAFE report within timeline

- To be responsible for preparing tax filing within timeline

- To be responsible for bank reconciliation and suspense A/C control

- To perform other tasks as assigned by Finance & Accounting Officer


Job Specifications:

Technical Knowledge

·Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field


Skills

·Computer literacy, esp. excel skill

·Proficiency in Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills
