Responsibility:

- A local based marketing operating staff, supporting the regional development strategy;

- Carry out and execute central marketing policies and campaigns to the region, ensure the consistency of marketing plan between central and region;

- Responsible for planning and execution of local marketing promotion activities in the region, through close cooperation with RSM and OMs, with the expectation to improve the regional execution quality and efficiency;

- Managing the respective regional marketing budget;

- Considering the respective regional conditions, the 1st MOO (Marketing Operating Officer) will be located in Beijing, supporting the North China region.




Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in the marketing communication / PR function of an international company, preferred in building / decoration materials industry;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong in implementation and eye for details;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Experience and ability to work independently, self-driven;
- Must be a very good team player;
- Open-minded and optimistic;
- Good English skills in both oral and written;
- Skills in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw ...) will be a plus;
- College degree or above.
