Job responsibilities:

1. To supervise orders / contracts: to handle orders. Check and observe deadlines and match variations. Give the customer alternative solutions (handle and document them) in terms of timing and functional/ technical form (viz. clarification of alternative parts/goods). Consulting (e.g. in terms of part delivery) of the customer during order processing, submit proposals for solutions and, if necessary, clarify with department. Determine costs on the basis of given documents.
2. Coordinate deliveries, material packets for the warehouse;
3. Customer Complaints (Intake, institute clarification and generate a written application)/Customers Port;
4. Process complaints and returns: Clarify technical problems, if necessary instigate solution, e.g. free delivery of parts/goods or granting of services.Observe whether measures are successful or not, watch if solutions are successful.
5. Prepare invoices and check their correctness.
6. Eradication of outstanding debits, viz. remind the customer in case of overdue invoices;
7. Back up for service engineers concerning the use of spare parts locally (to be the main contact person);
8. Customer service (international on site): Clarification of operational topics;
9. Cooperation regarding process arrangement of completion of orders.
10. To support Customer Consultants (operational input during contract negotiations e.g. incoterms, delivery times);
11. Form of contract support, e.g. settlement contract, connection to customer consult;
12. Quotation processing or tracking;
13. Work under the supervision of a manager and execute all delegated functions seamlessly.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor or above educational background with preferred major in business ad,ministration
2. 1-2 years knowledge and experience of order process principles and practices
3. Good English reading , written , oral , listening skills (CET 4 is the least);good command in Excel, Word,Windows operation and Power Point
4. Interpersonal skills,communication skills , verbal and written listening skills problem analysis and problom-solving attention to detail and accuracy data collection and ordering customer service orientation
5. Initiative, teamwork, responsible ,stress tolerance,adaptability,conscientious,Integrity
