催收专员职位描述

- 通过与客户进行电话/电邮等手段进行联络跟进逾期还款，查明还款逾期的原因并监督清欠的解决；

- 协助催收经理通过积极地帐户复核及对不利市场信息的警觉，及时并有效识别潜在问题帐户的早期预警信号；

- 协助催收经理与其他催收相关部门合作形成帐户策略以最小化潜在问题帐户的信用风险并跟进执行；

- 协助催收经理紧密跟踪帐户的不利发展并采取适当的行动以保持受委派帐户组合的信用质量；

- 协助准备定期报告/进展报告并提交给信贷风险管理部门、新加坡大华银行/大华银行（中国）有限公司、当地监管部门，根据新加坡大华银行/大华银行（中国）有限公司和当地监管部门的要求对特定项目协助准备数据和统计信息；

要求：

- 具有债务催收知识；

- 2年以上金融行业相关经验；

- 熟练运用计算机（包括Excel/Word/Internet/E-mail）；

- 英语6级，口语流利；

- 本科以上学历。

JD of Collection Specialist
- Follow up repayment in arrears with customers by contacting customer via phone / e-mail, ascertain the reasons for delay in payment and monitor for the arrears to be settled.
- Assist collection manager to effectively identify early warning signals on potential problem accounts in a timely manner by vigorously reviewing accounts and being alert to adverse market news.
- Assist collection manager to work in collaboration with related collection parties to formulate account strategies to minimize credit risks of potential problem accounts and follow through subsequent implementation.
- Assist collection manager to maintain credit quality within the allocated portfolio of accounts by ensuring adverse developments of accounts are closely tracked with appropriate actions taken.
- Assist collection manager to prepare periodic returns / progress reports for submission to CRM, UOBS / UOBC, and local authorities and assist in preparing data, statistics on ad hoc projects on request from UOBS / UOBC and local authorities.


Requirements:
- With knowledge in collection area;
- Over 2 years related working experience in financial industry ;
- Full know ledge in using computer (including Excel/Word/Internet/Email);
- Over Bachelor’s degree.
