Key Responsibilities

• Helping pharmaceutical customers to solve technical issues, including mainly for our machine presales application solutions, and our software products and connectivity.
• Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our software and hardware.
• Interface between R&D and our customers
• Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
• Creation of CAD drawing and documentation
• Support installations and our field tech support
• Positively seek for potential opportunities in the market, working closely with sales team
• Application of basic Track and Trace application in Pharmaceutical market
• Providing mechanical design service for existing packaging line automation retrofit
• Close cooperation with Pharma OEM to improve integration of VJ products in hardware and software

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of various interfaces (Ethernet, RS-232 etc. You should have a solid knowledge of protocols such as (binary text, XML, OPC etc.).
• Good knowledge of coding machines or electronic equipment engineer background is preferred;
• The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.

• Excellent writing (good skills in grammar) and verbal communication skills; team player; self-motivated; adapts easily to dynamic, complex environments; can work with minimal guidance and supervision

• Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone.

• Familiar with CAD systems like Autocad.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in document writing, creation of CAD drawings and technical support

• Good knowledge of local pharma packaging equipment and main T&T solutions

• Good ability to implement a design to a technical solution

• Good understanding of GAMP5 and computerized system validation process

 

Qualifications:

• Engineer or equivalent training

• Minimum 5 years of Service or Technical Engineer experience in Track and Trace industry

• Safe and good appearance

• Fluent in English

• High commitment and willingness to travel
