• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, including software and hardware.
• Maintain local network related to desktop. 
• Maintain printers, fax, phones, and other facilities. 
• Desktop operation system and application support.
• Maintain desktop data security.
• Maintain desktop anti-virus.
• Maintain desktop backups.
• Maintain IT desktop asset inventory.

Requirement:

• College and above,major in computer science or related business.
• Minimum 1 year IT support or helpdesk related experience.
• Strong skill and experience of Windows Systems and Windows security settings.
• High skill and experience of anti-virus and data protect software.
• Good skill and experience of application software.
• Good knowledge and practical ability of PC hardware.
• Basic knowledge of network.
• CET-4 certificate or above, fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required;
