Job Responsibilities:  

  

• Manage supply chain teams for supporting Branded Audio, OEM Acoustics, Automotive customers for Harman Embedded Audio
• Utilize SAP to develop and manage various reports
• Manage supply issues proactively by involving respective cross-functional teams
• Manage on time New Product Introduction by proactively working with cross-functional teams and secure long lead time components are available to support initial sales quantities
• Manage product’s life cycle from supply perspective by proactively work with cross-functional teams to minimize impact of component changes
• Manage product’s life cycle from supply perspective by coordinating EOL and phasing out of the product
• Determine supply allocation in occasion of Global supply shortage
• Track and trace long lead time component liability and  availability and pipeline at supplier’s side to support future sales requirements
• Develop suppliers to increase responsiveness and on time delivery
• Track and trace supplier performance
• Manage demand upside by working proactively with suppliers and satisfying customer demand
• Minimize material obsolescence by effectively forecasting demand and communicating with Customers and Suppliers
• Establish procedures and policies in place to maintain high scores from customer scorecards
• Provide feedback to suppliers by providing scorecards on supplier performance
• Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and ensure no supply disruptions to customers
• Initiate continuous improvement projects effecting cost structure and overall process
• Publish monthly reports to management teams as necessary
• Present supply chain team metrics, supplier performance to management

  

 

  

Basic Qualifications:  

  

• 7 years work experience in supply chain or purchasing area, FMCG preferable
• Strong communication skill
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of  planning and ordering process
• Good at data analysis
• Excellent knowledge in SAP system and desk-top software
• Experience in Multinational company
• Results driven with team work
• Customer focus orientation
• Self awareness and willing to learn
