• Daily troubleshooting, support and maintenance

• Vendor management

• Super user training

• Test planning and execution

          

• Participation in small/mid-sized SAP and/or business process projects as team member or team lead

• Project management tasks for small/mid-sized projects

• Supporting the super user organization

• Development of documentation

  • Development specifications

  • User Requirement Specifications

  • Fit/gap

  • Customization

  • Business processes

Qualifications：

  

任职资格：

  

 

  

• Microsoft certifications In EN

• 5+ years software or ERP development/customizing experience with focus on the following:

      

• Specification of change requests and development tasks
• Knowledge of integration to other IT applications
• Test design and execution

   

• Business process design

    

• Super user training
• Roll-out experience
• Project Management – an advantage, but not a prerequisite

   

 

  

• Good at communication

  

• Familiar with C/SIDE, .NET, MS SQL

• Familiar with Office, especially on Excel

  Familiar with one of SAP, BI-an advantage, but not a prerequisite
