    With us you will be responsible for 您将和我们一起负责以下的工作内容：

1. Development and maintenance work on LTE baseband software：

LTE基带软件开发和维护工作：

1) Analyse customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design specifications

efficiently with effort estimation and task allocation.

分析客户的需求，将这些需求有效的转化成能估算工作量和任务分配的高品质设计规范。

2) Delivery high-performance, real-time software in RTOS environment, covering end to end

missions of software design, implementation, unit-test, integration and verification.

交付高性能的RTOS环境下的实时软件，涵盖端到端的软件设计，实现，单元测试，集成和验证。

3) Support other teams in the product lines as well as end customers.

协助产品线的其他成员及终端客户 。

4) Cooperate with other teams to explain implementation and troubleshoot issues.

与其他团队共同阐述执行并解决问题。

2. Work within project/scrum/technical teams both as a team member and as individual contributor.

与项目/scrum/技术团队工作时既是一名团队成员同是也是个体贡献者。

3. Adhere to all development standards, processes, and procedures.

遵守所有开发标准，流程和程序。



We expect you to have 我们期待您有以下的相关背景：

1. M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering.

计算机科学，无线通讯或电子工程专业的硕士或学士。

2. Minimum 5 years SW Design working experience on wireless telecommunication product.

至少5年以上无线通信产品软件设计的工作经验。

3. Proficiency in C programming.

精通C语言编程。

4. Experience with 3GPP key technology.

LTE key technology is a plus. 熟悉3GPP核心技术和LTE核心技术 。

5. Experience with embedded SW design on DSP platform.

熟悉DSP平台的嵌入式软件设计。

6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and process.

熟悉Agile/ Scrum的方法和程序。
