职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Fulfill the area sales targets. Report to Regional Sales manager.
完成公司要求的区域指标；直接汇报给区域销售经理；
2. Evaluate the background and qualification of distributors, build new distributor channel in region
对代理商资质的调查评估, 建立区域内新代理商网络渠道；
3. Manage following-up distributors’ agreements and funnel
负责区域代理商协议意向签订的跟进；
4. Sales target/ sales order/ contract/ credit and performance management for distributor in region
负责区域代理商销售目标、订单、合同、信用等绩效目标的协调管理；
5. Evaluate the area distributors’ performance in marketing activities and company strategy
评估负责区域现有代理商对市场活动、公司策略等的执行状况
6. Responsible for marketing and sale promotion for key hospitals in region
负责区域内重点医院的推广销售
7 . Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by company

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree holder with medical fields or related
2. 3+ years of sales experience in medical sales or related fields with international companies/brands；experience in developing and managing distributor.
3. Be engaged in distributor management, familiar with the work flow
4.Strong and independent working ability, good communication and cooperation management
5. Good communication skill in English (Both oral & written)
