高级生产主管(Injection)/Sr. Production Supervisor(有大型外企注塑经验优先)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for managing the day-to-day manufacturing at injection workshop; train, appraisal, assign duties, and supervise employees engaged in injection production;

2. Ensuing manufacture of products on schedule, leading the section to achieve the setting targets such as Efficiency, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement & Process Yield;

3. Meeting the build plan according to company requirement;

4. Controlling material inventory, also improving process yield & trouble shooting;

5. Be in charge of 5S & ISO9000 implementation in injection section.

Job Requirements:

1. B.S Degree, Majored in Mechanical/ Mould;

2. Relevant work experiences in injection or manufacture area at least 3 years;

3. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

4. Highly self-motivated and always take initiatives towards improvement;

5. Strong problem solving skills;

6. Speak fluent English and Mandarin.
