岗位职责：
1．负责具体公关活动的策划与实施监督、现场管控，配合公司项目提供活动执行方面支持；
2．开辟新的合作渠道，并协助部门经理进行合作的谈判；负责维护并加强公司与客户以及第三方的联系与协作；
3．负责对活动所需物料、搭建、舞台等的供应商的对接
4．各类活动效果进行总结分析，撰写总结报告；进行公关文档的建立和管理；
5．有庆典、商业活动、地产活动、等行业相关从业经验者优先。


任职资格：
1．一年以上线下活动执行工作经验；
2．相关物料制作、采购有经验，并对材料运用提出建设性想法，能把控活动现场舞美设计和搭建布置；
3．熟悉市场广告物料、对广宣活动的运作流程、以及执行有一定的了解和把握能力；
4．熟练使用各种办公软件；能够独立完成线下活动报价、费用预算，对成本把控能力强。
