职位描述
1、负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通,开发新客户；
2、能够利用电话很好的与潜在客户进行有效的沟通，促成业务的成交。建立和维护客户档案；
3、维护老客户的业务,挖掘客户的最大潜力；
4、负责配合部门经理完成各项营销目标、达到客户资源销售的目标；
5、定期与合作客户进行沟通,建立良好的长期合作关系。
任职资格
1、20-30岁,口齿清晰,普通话流利,语音富有感染力；
2、对销售工作有较高的热情；
3、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；
4、性格坚韧,思维敏捷,具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；
5、有敏锐的市场洞察力,有强烈的事业心,责任心和积极的工作态度,欢迎应届毕业生。
薪酬待遇：基本工资 + 提成（提成点高于成都一般提点水平），公司提供住宿， 同时，我们还为员工购买社保和公积金，同时购买商业保险（包括门诊疾病险，交通险，意外住院津贴，意外身故/残疾，意外医疗险）；
假期：每年5天年假，附加一天圣诞节假日，希望每一位员工在我们这里感受浓浓的温馨和温情。
