**岗位职责**

负责MatchMove社区平台以及手机平台的产品管理和规划。
负责用户体验研究和市场分析以增加用户对产品的满意度。
观察竞争对手发展，能迅速学习吸收其优点。
设计并实现产品流程以及线框图并能给于UI团队设计方向和决策。
规划并带领团队在规定时间内实现产品目标。
制定新产品开发计划，包括产品介绍、产品的功能、产品的发布。
定期汇报总结产品的表现。
每天与中国和新加坡的的开发团队进行日常沟通。
每周与公司市场、商务、游戏、运营等各个部门进行充分沟通，确保公司整体战略得到充分执行。

**岗位要求**
对互联网充满热情，注重能力并富有团队精神。
擅长撰写产品规格和白皮书。
必须有参与到成功产品和项目经验，具有独立解决问题的能力。
必须注重细节管理，出色的组织能力。
具备3年以上产品管理经验，有社区网络或者游戏管理经验者优先。
具有发展和理解战略的能力，并了解产品在市场上的定位。
乐于倾听不同意见并能持续改善产品。
适应快速迭代开发。
接触的写作和口头沟通能力。
中英文听说读写流利。

**优先考虑**
社区平台或者社区游戏管理或者开发经验。
有移动互联网工作经验。
大学本科以上技术相关学位。
