Introduction:
Operate shipping area preparing finished goods for shipment on time; production waste management (packaging material).
What are my responsibilities?
- Schedule personnel in warehouse group; train employees on the job; schedule vacation / annual leave of warehouse group.
- Determine shipment data and forward it; input data in IT systems; administrative tasks.
- Plan shipping volume and coordinate with freight forwarders; organize special and express transports.
- Managing and ensuring accurate delivery of materials.
- Take care of clarifications with production and goods receipt colleagues.
- Take care of clarifications with production, quality, finished goods planners, logistics companies regarding scheduling, quality requirements, delivery permits, shipment addresses, etc.
- Plan packaging material and initialize order. Plan Material storage and conduct 5S improvement in warehouse.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- >2 years experience in shipping / transportation logistics.
- Supply chain / logistics and manufacturing experience.
- Experience with transportation and shipment logistics.
- Experience in working with IT systems (SAP, office).
- Business Results Orientation, strategic-Innovative Orientation, customer Orientation, change Management.
- Team player and full of sense of responsibility.
- Average or above English ability.
- Experience in an international company is preferred.
