Introduction:
Operate high-bay warehouse with material receiving and picking stations in order to ensure timely and continuous material supply to production. Control inventory deviation in targeted range.
What are my responsibilities?
- Schedule personnel in warehouse group; train employees on the job; schedule vacation / annual leave of warehouse group.
- Conduct health and safety briefing; collect data for warehouse statistics and reporting; administrative tasks.
- Collect material picking slips; process material requests for repair; check completeness of picking positions; picking issue troubleshooting.
- Take care of clarifications with production and goods receipt colleagues. Coordinate with production and warehouse conflicts.
- Regular material retrieval checks: check material quantity, ID, damage; investigation with quality department in case of problems; book stock differences for various storage locations in SAP. (Coordinate cycle count).
- Troubleshoot breakdowns in the warehouse and conveyor equipment; involve maintenance team; supervise repairs.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- >2 years experience with an automated warehouse.
- Supply chain / logistics and manufacturing experience.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical skills for simple regular repair tasks.
- Experience with an automated warehouse.
- Experience in working with IT systems (SAP, office).
- Business Results Orientation, strategic-Innovative Orientation, customer Orientation, change Management.
- Team player and full of sense of responsibility.
- Average or above English ability.
- Experience in an international company is preferred;
