岗位职责
1，负责公司来访接待，接听电话，收发传真，考勤统计等工作。
2，负责公司邮件、信件、报刊、文件等收发工作。
3，负责为总裁办人员印制名片、复印打印、文字录入等工作。
4，负责监督、维护办公区域整洁，维护良好的办公环境，并定期督促供应商对室内植物进行维护管理。
5，负责办公设备、公共设施的日常管理和维护，报修等工作。
6，负责固定资产及低值易耗品的管理及协调使用。
7，负责集团领导会务服务及其他协助工作。
8，领导交办的其它临时事务。
岗位要求：
1，女性，20-28周岁，形象气质佳，声音甜美，大专以上学历。
2，懂办公软件基本操作，沟通良好，表达良好。
3，协调能力强，计划性及条理性强，反应灵敏。
4，耐心细致，心态好，学习能力强，工作积极主动，能服从上级领导安排。
5，有相关工作经验。
